Founded in 2007, Ekohe is a full service software development and design company. We specialize in Web Application design and development, iphone development, print design, logo design, visual identity design and technology consulting and training. Having a common view that the interplay between design and technology will have an increasingly important role in society, Ekohe was created with an intention to focus on usefulness and beauty in the pursuit of making great products.

In early 2007, we founded Ekohe trying to do something a little different than other technology companies in China. Rather than being like a factory, we decided utilize Ruby on Rails to increase productivity so that we could stay small and agile. Since then we have become a leader in the Shanghai Ruby community, and our team actively participates in open source projects around the world. Also during that time, we've grown a little and begun to use Merb.

Our primary areas of expertise include Design, Usability, Merb and Ruby on Rails Web Development, Mobile Application Development and Artificial Intelligence. Our projects include an array of applications, including B2B, B2C, marketing, branding, e-commerce, integration, social networking, content management, CRM, and more.
